We ship all orders from our U.S. warehouses in Colorado and New Jersey, so delivery is fast:

• Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2PM EST
• 2-5 business days to most U.S. locations via USPS or UPS Ground
• Express options available (2-day air) for select locations

No, we only ship to physical street addresses. Due to signature requirements for high-value orders and carrier restrictions on sharp objects, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We primarily use USPS First Class and UPS Ground for domestic shipments. For express delivery, we offer UPS 2-Day Air where available.

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed within 24 hours of dispatch.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We can provide a prepaid return label with the cost deducted from your refund, or you can use your own carrier.

Returns are inspected within 2 business days of receipt. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

In most states, no special license is required to sell knives online. However, you must:

• Verify customers are 18+ (21+ for automatic knives)
• Comply with state-specific restrictions (we handle shipping compliance)
• Obtain any required business licenses in your state of operation

We recommend consulting a local attorney for specific business licensing requirements in your jurisdiction.

Due to federal and state restrictions, we cannot ship automatic knives (switchblades) to: Delaware, Hawaii, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

For all other states, buyers must be 21+ and automatic knives are restricted to military/law enforcement in some jurisdictions.

We employ a three-step verification:

1. Checkout age confirmation (18+/21+ checkbox)
2. Random ID verification uploads for flagged orders
3. Adult signature required (21+) on delivery for all orders

No. Unlike traditional importers, we don't require MOQs. You can dropship single items directly to customers. We handle the bulk importing from China; you sell one at a time.

No. We offer white-label fulfillment. Your packing slips, your return address (if provided), neutral boxes. Your customers never see "TOP KNIVES LLC" or our supplier information.

Custom inserts and branded packaging available for high-volume sellers (500+ orders/month).

We provide real-time inventory feeds compatible with Shopify, WooCommerce, and CSV export. Stock levels update every 4 hours to prevent overselling.

Low-stock alerts notify you when items fall below 20 units so you can adjust marketing or pricing.

No setup fees. We operate on a per-order fulfillment fee model:

• $3.50 per order (picking, packing, packaging)
• Actual shipping cost (USPS/UPS rates)
• Product cost (wholesale price)
