Shipping Policy
We ship all orders from our U.S. warehouses located in Colorado and New Jersey. This allows us to provide fast domestic shipping times and avoid international delays.

We use USPS First Class and UPS Ground for all domestic shipments. Tracking numbers are provided via email within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Free Shipping Available on orders over $100 to contiguous U.S. states
- Standard Shipping $5.95 flat rate for orders under $100 (2-5 business days)
- Express Shipping $15.95 for UPS 2-Day Air (select locations)
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Unlike overseas dropshipping, returns come back to our Colorado warehouse—not China—so you get faster refunds and lower hassle.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
- Easy Process Contact us at yara@top-knives.com to initiate a return. We'll provide a return label (fee deducted from refund) or you can use your own carrier.
- Inspection & Refund Returns are inspected within 2 business days of receipt. Refunds are processed to original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Defective Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, we cover return shipping and offer full refund or replacement—your choice.
Restrictions & Compliance
We comply with all federal and state regulations regarding knife sales and shipping. Please review the following restrictions before ordering.
- Age Verification By purchasing, you confirm you are 18 years or older (21+ in some states). We reserve the right to request ID verification.
- State Restrictions We do not ship automatic knives (switchblades) to states where they are prohibited. Please check your local laws before ordering.
- No P.O. Boxes Due to carrier restrictions and signature requirements on high-value orders, we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
